Typical gearbox modification for multiple unit requests include:
- Output End Dimensions: We can accommodate some basic modifications, but any changes that involve structural alterations may require a redesign.
- Output Shaft Diameter
- Input End Dimensions
- Input and Output Flange Adapters
Modifications that may be possible for larger volume applications include:
- Special Gear Ratios – As an example, a three stage unit with a 1000 to 1 Ratio
- Noise Reduction
- Increased Accuracy
- Lubrication
- Custom Color
The feasibility will be determined by our R&D technical team on a case-by-case basis. Please note that higher minimum order quantities may apply, and some technical requirements might not be achievable. It’s best to evaluate your special requirements on a case-by-case basis.
